The centrally located townhouse was a great find, just minutes from the sea, front and close to the best restaurants and bars. It's also conveniently situated near the main supermarket, making self, catering a breeze. the hosts were extremely helpful and the place itself was renovated to a high standard. the terrace and top floor balcony provided lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy, overlooking the leafy park. the property was clean, well, equipped, and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a kitchen suitable for preparing breakfast and snacks.

The memory foam mattresses tended to be warm, and it would have been beneficial to have mirrors in the bedrooms and toilet roll holders in the upstairs bathrooms.

Definitely a jaw-dropping find and way better than staying in the hotel zone.

The rooms at Finest Rentals - Downtown Villa were amazing! They had everything we needed - a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a private bathroom in each air-conditioned unit. The free WiFi was a bonus, and we loved the views of the garden from our patio. The flat-screen TV and desk were also useful for our stay. We felt at home and comfortable throughout our time there.

One thing we didn't particularly like was the bidet and shower combo in the bathrooms. It's just a personal preference, and others might still find it convenient.

The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a supermarket just a few minutes away. The hosts, Miguel and Victor, were incredibly responsive and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a perfect place to stay for a holiday in Funchal old town.
